Polymaker PolyLite ASA is an alternative to ABS with improved weather resistance. Its UV resistance and excellent mechanical properties make it the perfect choice for real-life applications. 

ASA is almost exactly the same as ABS with 1 major difference and 1 minor difference:
The major difference is ASA is extremely good at weather resistance. (Resistance to UV light and environmental stress cracking)
The minor difference is ASA prints with a nicer matte finish slightly hiding the layer lines.

PolyLite dual Silk is a variation of the well-known Polymaker PolyLite Silk PLA 3D printing filament, which consists of dividing the filament diameter into two colours, in this case, magenta and gold. Thanks to this, we obtain a unique effect of colour duality depending on the angle of looking at the element.

It is produced with our patented Jam-Free™ technology, ensuring consistent extrusion and preventing jams.

Patented Jam-Free™ technology dramatically improves the heat stability of Polymaker PLA filaments, by combining the latest developments in biopolymer formulation and advanced polymer processing technologies. As a result, Polymaker PolyLite PLA filament exhibits a high softening temperature of more than 140 °C, over 80 degrees higher than all other PLA filaments currently on the market. So while printing, the filament will never soften in the “cold end” and can melt rapidly once entering the heating zone. This leads to extremely smooth printing and no more nozzle jams!

PolyLite™ LW-PLA is a special foamed PLA designed to print with similar settings as regular PLA but with half the weight.

PolyLite™ LW-PLA is not an active foaming filament, which means it will not foam when extruded from the nozzle depending on the temperature. PolyLite™ LW-PLA is already pre-foamed.

Recommended 3D printing temperature:
250 – 270 °C

30 – 50 mm/s
