Innovatefil® PEI is a 3D printing filament made of ULTEM™ 9085 resin. Due to its high glass transition temperature, it offers excellent properties at elevated temperatures.

Innovatefil PEI is a thermoplastic filament to be used in applications where high performance is required. It is focused on the aerospace, military or automotive sector. Its main advantage is its resistance/weight ratio, it also has excellent thermal and chemical resistance so it is especially suitable for objects with demanding applications.

Is a filament for 3D printing PET-based that incorporates carbon fibre. Thanks to this, we maintain the great qualities of PET and increase its mechanical and thermal properties. Stability and the ease of printing make this material fantastic to print working pieces with a great finish.

INNOVATEFIL® PETG FP is a Copolyester Glycol (PETG) based compound that has been modified with flame retardant additives based on halogens and red phosphorus. It slows the spread of fire by being more resistant to igniting and remaining on fire. It is intended to reduce the possibility of a fire starting due to contact with a small heat source, such as a small flame or an electrical fault. INNOVATEFIL® PETG FP complies with the V-0 specification according to the UL94 standard.

Smartfil PP by Spanish manufacturer, Smart Materials 3D, it polypropylene 3D printing filament with special additives to improve its adhesion to the printing surface. PP 3D printing filament is very versatile material, transparent, light and flexible. It also has excellent mechanical and chemical resistance making it ideal for industrial applications.

INNOVATEFIL® PP SUPPORT, is a support material for PP that is unique in the market, knowing that it is a highly requested need for all PP users and that it will facilitate the production of complex parts, especially in the industrial sector which is constantly on the lookout for cutting-edge products and in need of an efficiency and effectiveness boost in their production and factory lines.

One of the numerous advantages of INNOVATEFIL® PP SUPPORT is how simple it is to use. This is because INNOVATEFIL® PP SUPPORT is a BREAKAWAY material, which makes it very simple to remove it from the finished product and eliminates the need for any form of dilution. This, in addition to producing a flawless finish in a shorter amount of time, represents a significant reduction in post-processing work and efficiency never previously attained by any material in the industry.

Innovatefil PP-GF by Spanish manufacturer, Smart Materials 3D is a 3D printing filament with a polypropylene base reinforced with a high load of fibreglass, which considerably improves the dimensional stability of the final piece, achieving very good quality finishes. In addition, thanks to the incorporation of these fibres, we obtain a more rigid material than PP without load, but with enough flexibility to provide high impact, mechanical and thermal resistance.

Carbon fibre reinforced elastomer thermoplastic. With this filament, you can print flexible objects, with high printing quality. The incorporation of carbon fibres offers improved properties, high tensile strength, high heat tolerance and greater chemical resistance compared to unreinforced TPUs.  The surface hardness is Shore 67D.

In addition, carbon fibre gives it electrical conductivity, making it ideal for applications that require protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD).

INNOVATEFIL PA CF is a filament with high mechanical strength (tensile strength: 170 MPa) and excellent performance at high temperatures, the combination of polyamide and carbon fibre allows large objects to be printed without deformation.

Among its main advantages, is the ability to work at temperatures of 150 º C. Also, this filament has great adhesion between layers which gives the printed piece great resistance regardless of the printing position.
